Reservations

We prefer that all reservations be made here online.

We only accept payment by credit card online.

Reservations for rentals should be made at least 2 hours before rental pickup. Tour reservations should be made 24 hours in advance.

Picking Up Your Rental 

You can pick up your rental at anytime on the day your rental period beings. 

If you are taking a tour, please arrive at least 1 hour before your tour. Most tours start at 9am, so we recommend you arrive to our garage at 8am.

If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to send us a message in advance.

What To Bring With You

Please bring your passport/drivers license with you. We require a copy of it for our records. We recommend that you wear closed toe shoes/boots, long pants and a windbreaker.

We do have a selection of helmets and jackets available.

Security Deposit & Insurance

We require a security deposit of 20% of the rental price. This should be made in cash at the time of pickup.

If you would like to purchase optional insurance, you can also do this when you arrive.

Please bring sufficient USD/Q for the security deposit and insurance.
